Project Resurrection is a 9-week return to form — physically, mentally, and beyond.

Overview

  • Fast: Held clean until 11:30 AM.
  • Training: Light active recovery — 2–3 mile bike ride with Raylee.
  • Focus: Recovery day.
Priorities: hit protein goals, stabilize energy, avoid sugar crashes.

Meals & Supplements

Meal 1: Break Fast (11:30 AM)

  • 9.44 oz Grilled Atlantic Salmon (Sprouts)
  • Half package Herb Roasted Brussels Sprouts (Sprouts)
  • 1,000 mg Fish Oil Capsule

Snack: Midday

  • 2 handfuls Planters Mixed Nuts (~2 oz)

Post-Bike Ride: Late Afternoon

  • 2 scoops Whey Protein Isolate (~50g protein)
  • 4 scoops Creatine Monohydrate (loading phase)

Final Meal: Dinner (Planned 3 hours later)

  • 2 slices Dave’s Killer Multigrain Bread
  • 1 slice Muenster Cheese
  • 1 full can Wild Planet Albacore Tuna
  • 1 additional Fish Oil Capsule

Highlights of the Day

  • Crushed minimum daily protein target (>150g).
  • Low-inflammatory, whole foods dominant: salmon, brussels sprouts, nuts, tuna, complex carbs.
  • Replenished glycogen strategically — not emotionally.
  • Honored real hunger cues — used smart inputs (nuts post-fast) instead of chasing quick fixes.
  • Executed clean discipline without forcing restriction — recovery, not deprivation.

Mindset Closing

Today wasn’t about burning fuel.
It was about feeding recovery, preserving momentum, and honoring the commitment.

No perfection needed.
Just clean, honest execution.

I am stronger — because I chose to be — than I was yesterday.

Closing Command

Momentum is built one clean decision at a time.
