I walked for an hour—three miles, fasted, under the morning sun.
Not for steps. Not to sweat.
To sync my body with my values.

No breakfast. Just light. Just motion.
And hunger?
It didn’t stand a chance.


Fuel Intake

  • 255g grilled chicken
  • 297g grilled salmon
  • 0.620 lb garlic roasted green beans
  • 0.565 lb cheesy cauliflower rice
  • 2 tbsp cooked Calrose rice
  • 1.5 tbsp avocado mayo + sriracha
  • 2 scoops whey
  • 2 scoops creatine
  • Electrolytes
  • Fish oil (with both meals)

No snack. No slip. No second-guessing.


This isn’t a detox.
It’s a decision—repeated with force.

The man who showed up today?
He didn’t need a reward.
He was the reward.


Tomorrow?
Same cadence.
Same clarity.
Brick by brick—the resurrection continues.
